Turncloak ("the App") is developed by Visual Person LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Data We Do Not Collect
We do not collect, store, or share:
- Your name, email address, or contact information
- Your location
- Financial information beyond what Apple processes for in-app purchases
- Health or fitness data
- Any data linked to your identity
Data Collected (Not Linked to You)
To improve the App, we collect anonymous, non-identifying data including:
- Usage data: App interactions, game events, and session behavior — collected anonymously via Google Analytics for Firebase
- Crash reports and diagnostics: Error logs and performance data collected via Sentry, used solely to fix bugs
- Anonymous identifiers: Randomized device identifiers used for analytics aggregation — not linkable to you personally
Advertising
The free version of Turncloak displays ads served by Google Mobile Ads. If you grant app tracking permission (via Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt), personalized ads may be shown. Denying permission shows non-personalized ads. Upgrading to Premium removes all ads.
Apple Game Center
Online multiplayer uses Apple Game Center. Game Center is governed by Apple's own privacy policy. We do not store Game Center data beyond what is necessary to manage your active matches.
In-App Purchases
Purchases are processed entirely by Apple via StoreKit. We do not receive or store your payment information.
Data Retention
Anonymous analytics data is retained for up to 26 months and then deleted. Crash report data is retained for 90 days.
Children's Privacy
Turncloak is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. The analytics we collect are anonymous and contain no personally identifiable information.
Your Rights
Because we do not collect personal data linked to your identity, there is generally no data to access, correct, or delete. If you have questions, contact us at the address below.

Changes to This Policy
